I’m really loving this Echo Park paper (which I bought at PWCO so if you’re Canadian, there’s a source for you!).  Funnily enough, I’m using the patterns on the back of the paper more than the patterns on the front!  I think this is the Walk in the Park line…I bought a sheet of everything they have in the store (and I’m hoping they get the adorable Christmas line soon too!).

Today’s card is a congrats on your engagement card.  I used a $1.50 stamp from M’s and put versamark on the ring portion first, then embossed it with gold EP and then using my stamp-a-ma-jig, I put versamark on the diamond and embossed that with silver EP.

Once that was done, I used a gold gel pen to fill in the band and covered that with a sakura stardust pen.  I filled the diamond with glamour dust.  In real life it’s very sparkly!

My ribbon is some wrinkle ribbon that I dyed a so saffron shade of yellow but I went over it with some pumpkin pie ink and a sponge to make it match this card.

The curved paper was done by laying a circle nestability die on the back of the paper and tracing it then cutting it out (very low tech).

See you tomorrow! (this weekend is Thanksgiving in Canada so after work tomorrow I start a three-day weekend!)
