I’m now at 18 challenge cards and it looks like I might be able to cobble together a maximum of 3 more without dipping into other patterned papers.  The challenge gets less fun each day (but I guess that’s why it’s a challenge!) but I’m almost done.  On the bright side, I’ll be more than happy to chuck any remaining papers in the garbage at the end of the week!

I’m going to share 2 “masculine” cards today (one is more suited to a boy than a man but you know what I mean):

Card 1:

This one was fun to make because the image was so colourful and I had the perfect papers in the stack to coordinate with the existing colouring.  I used some In Colour cardstock and TWO fabric brads from that embellishment pile so I’m happy about that.

Card 2:

This one was super easy to make.  It’s one of my “go to” layouts for masculine cards as it highlights the patterned paper really well and isn’t too fussy for a “man card”.  More bonus points for me – I used 3 blue flat-backed pearls from the embellie pile.

Back to the salt mines…
