Wow!  I think today was a record-breaker of a day weather-wise in Newfoundland.   It was just shy of 26 degrees (Celcius!) which, if you’re familiar with NL weather, is pretty darn good for May 22nd!  I don’t know if it got much hotter than that all Summer last year.  We’re supposed to have good weather this year and I’m looking forward to it (as long as it’s not too hot – I’m not used to hot temperatures)

In honour of the lovely May weather, today’s card features something you see very rarely in St. John’s:

People here DO have convertibles but they don’t often get to drive with the top down!

I used some new Echo Park paper (A Boy’s Life), a scrap of yellow PP from another pad (can’t think which one), some new Mr. Huey mist (the white paint – it’s fun!), some MME twine and a button from my stash.  I also used an ancient piece of Marigold Morning cardstock.

The stamp is Paper Smooches.  Kim Hughes’ stamps are so cute – I wish I owned them all!
