Today is one of those times that my keyboard is doing the funky other language thing so I will be speaking in a bit of a robotic tone today.  If anyone knows how to stop my keyboard from doing things like this – È – when I want to use quotations and this – è – when I want to use an apostophe, let me know. (funnily enough, I do know how to make those characters when I type but I do not know how I cause them to appear automatically when I use punctuation)

I have made another little project using my adorable Whipper Snapper clings sets – specifically For The Love Of Snowmen and Got Mistletoe today.   My notepad also uses a sentiment from the very cute Think Snow set which is not a new set but is certainly a perfect seasonal stamp set.

The light in my room is very poor today so it was tricky to get my pictures…here is a shot of just the card:

I used some cute new Echo Park paper that I just received from PaperWorks Co (it is part of their Kit of the Month) and I needed something neutral for the background so I used  a sparkly sheet of K&Co paper from a stack I bought at Michaels last week. (like I needed more Christmas paper – I could make a Christmas card every day for 2 years and probably not need to use the same paper twice…it is a sickness – but please do NOT cure me!)

My embellishment is a piece of antique white felt cut with a snowflake die in my cuttlebug and enhanced with a wooden button, some twine, and just a tiny pinch of coarse glitter.  My cute little snowman has a pom pom glued to his hat.

A quick, easy holiday gift for a special friend.
