No banner picture today (but 2 projects so keep reading!).  I’m just quickly sharing some simple co-worker treats that I made for Halloween.  I used a PTI favor it die (I wanted to type favour so badly!) and some odds and ends of stickers and papers from my 2010 Halloween projects.  It’s good to use up some older supplies.

The totes contain some chocolate covered pretzels (from Zellers – the bag says 20 count but I think there were 24 in the bag I bought so if you’re buying them you might want to “test” for heavier bags!) and some popping candy in disgusting flavours (grape – blech!, strawberry and sour apple).  It actually took a fair amount of time to die cut the totes and the patterned paper so I wasn’t in the mood to go overboard on the embellishing.  Originally, I was going to make cute Halloween tags for each tote but I changed my mind.  After all, it’s the chocolate inside that counts!

I also made a little Halloween pencil holder that I saw on Anna Wight’s blog (link on sidebar – you should visit her!) with a few leftover pencils I had from my notepad sets.  I think I’ll be making a Christmas version of these as they’re just adorable!  I don’t know what the recipients will do with 4 Christmas pencils but they’re begging to be made.

Pretty cute, hey?  I can’t wait to start playing with my Christmas papers to see what I can come up with.

Speaking of Christmas, I’ve just finished putting away my Halloween stuff and made some cards today – check back tomorrow for a super simple Christmas card that you could easily mass-produce.  It’s flat enough for mailing but still has some personal touches.
