If you follow Anna Wight’s blog, you may have seen a “haul” video that she did at the end of August showing her followers (that sounds cultish but you know what I mean) the crafting goodies she scored on a shopping trip.

I commented on the video and mentioned I was particularly envious of a package of Cosmo Cricket paper/embellishments that she picked up.

God love Anna – the next time she was at that store, they had another package of the same paper there and she contacted me to see if I was interested in it.  I sure was!

The paper arrived yesterday – which is super-fast from her neck of the woods to mine.  I was initially going to make some post-it note holders (and still will) but last night this is what I made from that adorable paper:

They turned out super-cute (IMO) and the paper is so sturdy that it makes these mini composition books (you can find them at Staples, Dollarama and even at Canadian Wal-Marts from time to time) look like a million bucks.  These are the same books I used on my Halloween project a few days ago.

As a little tip of the hat to Anna, I had to use her signature tracing wheel technique on the images.

Anna, thanks so much for the time and effort of procuring and shipping the paper to me (and thanks for the super-cute card too – I enjoyed that almost as much as the crafting goodies!).  You’re a sweetheart!
