I’m REALLY behind with my blog…life has been busy.  I am still doing craft projects but I haven’t had time for photographing them, editing them, writing about them, etc.

This was a card I made for a co-worker who LOVES St. Patrick’s Day.  Unfortunately, she had a death in the family a couple of days before the 17th but I’d already started her card and figured it couldn’t hurt to still give it to her. (another co-worker gave her a card too…I think they did cheer her up a little)

Also, unfortunately, I don’t really have any St. Paddy’s Day stamps other than a freebie I got from High Hopes in my Birthday order.  The stamp is cute but the mojo was lacking…here’s what I ended up with:

I tried the faux stitching (it’s a stamp by Technique Tuesday) and went a little off track on the bottom but that hopefully added to the look. (um, sure it did…)  I finally used my slot punch or whatever that thing is called and threaded the ribbon through the image a little differently.  Another one of my “interesting” ribbon bows and some MS glitter on the image and I was done.  I tried…

Still have a few projects to post so don’t give up on me yet!
